Food store Verzot
You’ll find Eetwinkel Verzot on Besterdplein. The name says it all: here, they’re crazy about good food. It’s all about craftsmanship, fresh ingredients, and delicious food without any fuss. You can pick up a freshly made sandwich, a meal to take home, or a tasty snack to enjoy with drinks. And the selection changes regularly, so there’s always something new to discover.
Mercado Emma
Mercado Emma, a delicatessen with a carefully selected range of products, is located on Heuvelstraat. Here, you will find both local specialties and delicacies from around the world. Visitors come for products that you won't find everywhere: from a good piece of cheese for a snack platter to ingredients that make a meal just that little bit more special. Tilburg items are also available, such as regional beers, chocolate, and honey from the Trappists.
FoodAtelier
FoodAtelier is a vegetarian takeout store with a new varied menu every week. All dishes in the store are made fresh every morning. More in the mood for something sweet? No problem, because you can also find vegan sweet, healthy cakes and chocolates here.

‘t Kaasbolleke
Located on Besterdring is a Tilburg classic: ’t Kaasbolleke. The shop began nearly a hundred years ago as a cheese shop on Capucijnenstraat and has grown into a go-to spot for lovers of fresh, artisanal delicacies. Of course, you’ll still find plenty of cheese there, but the selection has expanded considerably. Think homemade salads, artisanal cold cuts, meatballs, and French baguettes that are freshly baked several times a day.
