In the Apprentice/Master project, recently graduated artists are paired in groups with renowned artists from the field. During the project, the groups meet regularly with their 'Master' to exchange ideas and experiences. This collaboration eventually results in group exhibitions, at Kunstpodium T or one of the guest locations. The season is then festively concluded with the exhibition 'Season Highlights', where four groups exhibit without their Master, and the Jan Naaijkens Prize is awarded to the most outstanding talents. In this way, Kunstpodium T supports and motivates newly graduated artists at the start of their careers.
Kunstpodium T's varied programming focuses on abrasive and experimental art forms, with a focus on process. Curious about what's on at Kunstpodium T, or interested in participating as a maker in one of the development programs? Check https://kunstpodium-t.com/ for more information!
