Looking forward to carnaval together
Laughing and celebrating together: that's what carnaval is all about. That's why Prince Marcus d'n Irste invites all Kruiken and Kruikinnen to his very first Aovend ònt Hòf. On Saturday 31 January, he will open the doors of his court in 013 for a personal evening focused on meeting, connecting and fraternisation. Expect a varied and carnivalesque stage programme with music, comedy and dance, composed of the Prince's personal favourites. Together with his master of ceremonies, he will welcome guests on stage for special stories and unique anecdotes. This year, traditions will once again be cherished and the Order of the Kruiken will be awarded to one or more Kruiken or Kruikinnen who have made a special contribution to the public carnaval.
Closer than ever
This evening will not be kept at a distance. Prince Marcus will leave the stage and mingle with the audience to celebrate, laugh and toast together. Because carnaval is something you celebrate together. Aovend ònt Hòf marks a new beginning: personal, accessible and close to the city. The court is the heart where tradition and innovation come together and where the prelude to an unforgettable carnaval is set.
