Peter’s personal experience of neurodiversity comes to life in his comic series Gapscene. He has been working on it since his teenage years and has been self-publishing the series for around 15 years. To date, more than 4,000 copies have been distributed.

Gapscene

Gapscene is a quirky and slightly mischievous comic series in which Peters’ personal experience of neurodiversity, a combination of autism and ADHD, serves as the central theme running through the story.

What began as a way to escape reality has grown into a critical reflection on his own life and on neurodiversity in a broader sense. The comic series has helped him in various ways to take more control of his life.

On Tuesday 14 April, everyone is welcome to attend his richly illustrated talk on Gapscene. Admission is free. During the evening, Peter will also be launching a special crowdfunding campaign, to which visitors can make a voluntary contribution.
