Oxygen - THE RISE
The dance company Oxygen made a name for itself by winning the TV show Dance As One, receiving the Golden Buzzer on France’s Got Talent, and reaching the finals of World of Dance in 2020. With their latest show, THE RISE, they are now touring theaters once again.
Oxygen takes a step forward
With this performance, Oxygen is breaking new ground. THE RISE is a completely reimagined experience in which individual numbers follow one another at a rapid pace, coming together to form an energetic whole. In this performance, Oxygen brings influences from outside the theater to the stage and pays tribute to the work of Jennifer Romen. It is an ode to growth, daring, and a strong artistic identity, bringing together everything that has been built and experienced over the past few years.
The audience will see a mix of familiar choreography, unique collaborations, and fresh ideas that together create a sense of both familiarity and progress. Among the performers are a winner of the Red Bull Dance Your Style World Championship and various other dancers who collectively showcase the essence of Oxygen.
THE RISE does not mark an ending, but rather a new beginning and a clear step forward. The performance highlights strength, resilience, and the importance of creating and growing together. With a warm and intense energy, Oxygen showcases where the company stands today and how, despite challenges, it continues to prioritize quality, passion, and connection.
