Javier, born in Ecuador and raised in Lanzarote, has been living in the Netherlands for several years now. His passion for cooking started early on and only increased during his journey through South America. He fell in love with Peruvian Nikkei cuisine. His passion for cooking is evident in every dish he makes.
Armando, a chef from Ecuador who lived in Madrid for a while before coming to the Netherlands, brings his culinary heritage with him. He cooks with great pleasure and dedication. In his own restaurant, he gets the chance to show off his cooking skills to his guests as well.
