PizzaBar Rijslust is a traveler's bar with pizzas from all over the world. You can choose from a variety of unique toppings on dough that has been fermenting for 48 hours. Whether it's a pizza with nachos, Jack Daniel's BBQ sauce, or kimchi, anything is possible!

What is your speciality?

"At PizzaBar Rijslust, the pizza takes center stage, along with the fermentation of the dough and our own wanderlust. Our travels influence the toppings of the pizzas. Some of our pizzas are called 'crossing borders,' literally and figuratively venturing beyond boundaries. As much as we love Italy, we want to see more of the world and incorporate that into our pizzas. Think of the Greek Island, topped with feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, black olives, red onion, parsley, cucumber, and a side of tzatziki for dipping. Or the Holy Guacamoly, finished with nachos and guacamole. Those combinations make us very happy!"

What do people come to the pizzabar for?

"As mentioned, the pizza takes center stage in our pizza bar, and the foundation of a good pizza is the dough. Every pizza day starts with making the dough. After preparation, the dough is allowed to rest, allowing it to rise. The result is a thin, crispy pizza with toppings from all over the world. That's what keeps people coming back."

What is typical Tilburgian about the pizzabar?

"Do you know that feeling when you've been on vacation and you're heading back home feeling great? When you see the sign 'Tilburg' and get that warm feeling. That's what's typically Tilburg about our place. The Tilburg skyline hangs above the door. Our poster wall is filled with travel posters, and the Tilburg poster is among them. With all the travel influences, you still feel a bit at home in Tilburg."
