Who are you?
"We are Remco (29) and Kelly (27), and we have been running the business since 2019. From the beginning, we completely transformed the space into a hospitality establishment (previously an office building). Kelly has a background in Psychology and HR, while Remco's background is in Communication."
What brings people to Xu Noodle Bar?
"We are an informal restaurant offering very affordable food. We have noodle soups, stir-fried noodles, rice dishes, and tasty Asian snacks. People come to us for a fun night out with friends or for a quick bite before heading to a concert or the movies! Additionally, we've noticed that we are quite popular among tourists and students!"
What is your speciality?
"We specialize in our noodle soups, made with homemade broth and freshly made noodles! Our team is truly top-notch, everyone is there for each other, and we always receive compliments on how friendly and helpful everyone is towards guests."
Is there anything typically Tilburgian?
"The coziness and open-mindedness fit well with the city of Tilburg. We're ready for everyone. Tilburg is like a rough diamond that keeps getting finer, and that's how we see ourselves too. Additionally, we collaborate as much as possible with other Tilburg-based entrepreneurs, such as Zoetemoed."
