After two hilarious shows, a shower of rave reviews and two nominations for the Neerlands Hoop cabaret award, Alex Ploeg is back at our theatre. In Unplugged, he stands alone on stage, armed with a microphone and guitar, true to himself and without embellishment. Whereas in everyday life he likes to bury his head in the sand, in the theatre he doesn't shy away from anything. Expect sharp jokes, personal stories, absurd sketches and compelling guitar songs. It is no coincidence that Alex was named the comedy talent of the year by De Volkskrant and described by NRC as one of the most promising comedians of this decade.
