Setting the table sustainably

The exhibition Setting the table sustainably focuses on historical pellendamast as inspiration for new, sustainable tableware. Design collective Envisions took on the challenge of creating a contemporary product for the label by TextielMuseum with a focus on sustainability.
Visitors gain insight into the extensive design process, see examples of tableware from the past, and discover how old techniques and designs can contribute to more sustainable choices today. The central question is: what can we learn from textiles of the past to improve our tableware today?
