The Spirit of Irish Folk Lives On
With the Further Along the Road Tour, The Dublin Legends continue the musical legacy of The Dubliners. More than fifty years after The Dubliners first performed in the Netherlands, Seán Cannon, Gerry O’Connor, Shay Kavanagh and Paul Watchorn keep the Irish folk tradition alive. As soon as they take the stage, the venue transforms into a lively Irish pub filled with stories of sailors, lost love and late-night adventures, brought to life by fiddle, banjo, guitar and rich vocal harmonies. Although the name The Dubliners disappeared in 2012, their spirit lives on through classics such as Whiskey in the Jar, Dirty Old Town, The Irish Rover, Seven Drunken Nights, Molly Malone and many more.
