In the southeast of Tilburg is the Leijpark. This park is accessible in all seasons. In the summer you can relax here in the grass, in the winter it is great for a nice walk.
The Leijpark is a city park in English landscape style, designed by garden architect and dendrologist Leonard Springer. The design dates back to 1919 and construction took place between 1934 and 1939 as part of a work relief project. You must certainly not forget the large-scale events that are organized here, such as Back 2 the 90s and Parkbeats. The Leijpark is fun for young and old. So if you want to visit a park in Tilburg, do not skip this one!
