In the first-ever military theater lecture, Peter van Uhm and Mart de Kruif take you to the front lines of the global security situation. Led by journalist Jos de Groot, they dive deeper into the meaning of war and share their unparalleled knowledge and experience. Who better to offer insight in these uncertain times than two of the Netherlands' most prominent former generals? What does history mean for current conflicts? How strong is the European army? And what if the Netherlands were attacked today? The podcast 'Veldheren' began in February 2023, a year after the Russian invasion of Ukraine, and quickly grew into a leading resource on war, with more than 350,000 listeners a month.
